New print and shirt available, the print is about 90cm by 30cm, lightfast inks on textured matt paper. So this was the circular piece you were talking about! I REALLY like the skull and the ivy leaves. Are those wasps? I think they add interest to the picture.

Yeah this is the one, thanks! Yep its ivy and wasps, I've been getting into insects recently. Do you try to draw the elements of your pics up seperately or just go for it and get it all in there?
Thanks I'm all fine now, the op went well and I'm trying to get back to work now! I've lots of inspiration but finding it hard to concentrate as now everything is really exciting again.

I usually visualise how the picture will look in my mind, then get some references and draw the elements, and then piece them all together. I'm really quite messy.

Yeah I draw all my elements seperately, I like to make sure I can draw something properly befoe I piece it together. One of my pet hates is when an object in a design doesn't flow through it properly...
Recently to speed up my process I started to draw the elements, then scan them and put them together in photoshop. Then I'll print them and work over the top, I was spending so much time just getting the elements right then tracing and putting it all together by hand that I was wasting days... I also draw a lot on tracing paper and my new scanner picks up the detail much better.
