This is Flandre @ Touhou, or better yet from a video game~Anyways I use color pencils to color and I tend to shade with it.. overall its a well done piece of art, I must say xD
~I messed up on the face for Flandre xDDD haha, oh well right?

If im one of these people who use a reference to draw and get my picture get taking down, then theres a load more of other people's pictures will be taking down too.. BUT! Imma still use a reference picture to draw from time to time. its not like dA knows it or anything.
