If you wondered if it was still being used, I used it to rewrite an old character from 2014 who was, without a doubt, a cringy mary sue. I fixed her for the most part- she had the potential to be a well-rounded character, but at the age I was I couldn't utilize her. Now I can.

History: A long time ago, the Yori and the Hikari lived side by side, always competing. The Yoru, descended from a folk-tale, were creatures of quiet and they did not venture outside of their village very much. Before Chakra existed, the Yoru's Kekkai Genkai was assumed magic; their ability to take to the sky with their hidden wings. Unfortunately, the Yoru found themselves easily corruptible and naive, so they made a deal with a nameless god who came across them in his travels.
He had visited and seen the most beautiful Yoru of all, their princess. Her hair was as soft as silk, skin as white as snow. Unlike the others, who usually sported white hair, she had black. The god desired the princess as his own and decided to make a bet.
'I will present to you a trial, but you may never know when. If you agree to my reincarnation game and succeed in winning, then I shall give the Yoru people all they desire. A world of their own, endless peace and quiet, no war." The Yoru princess thought to herself, what a kind man- of course he couldn't give this to me for free, so she agreed. "But if you lose... you are mine, for all of eternity."
Thus began the reincarnation game.
The princess was reincarnated in the form of a Hikari. The Second Founder, Reiga. First and only child of the First Clan Head. The nameless god became Nakari, leader of the Yoru. They kept endlessly switching between the clans, both souls caught up in a reincarnation game without rest, until one fateful night.
Both of them had been reincarnated into the same clan that cycle. Fate was nothing more than cruel. This was the Fifth Cycle, their fifth reincarnations. born as Akito, the nameless god held power that the elders of the village had long since realized came to many in the Hikari. Minami and Akito were alike; the princess of the Yoru and the Nameless God, although having seen each other hundreds of times over the years, never were in the same family.
Having realized the potential of what they held, the elders went about formulating a ritual. The Hikari wanted power, power to take over the world and thrust it into a war that only the likes of them could win- that not even the nine tailed fox possessed the ability to stop. It was a brutal ritual, draining all of Akito's humanity as Minami watched. He shifted, became something else that day, his original reason for reincarnating into a human form corrupted and changed. The nameless god became a dark god that day, his shackles released, his love charring his heart black as the reincarnation game came to a cruel stop.
Minami was next and even though she begged for forgiveness and mercy, still they used the ritual on her, drawing out her innate power. Minami had the purest soul in the land of shinobi, the soul of the Princess of Yoru- the one who had lived in so many of their people, their leaders, their commoners and peasants. Always kind, never changing.
The Nameless God and the Princess of Yoru had turned the Hikari clan into the stage for their game, but the Hikari was born from the nameless God's power. The ability to control blood had come from his darkness, being he birthed the first Hikari out of nothing but the corpse of a cat. Cruel, tragic fate cursed him; his form was bestial, no longer human- that of a monstrous looking black cat. Although his soul was trapped in this neverending void of nothingness and negativity, a small portion of him was able to escape, taking a part of Minami's soul with it. Both brilliant, beyond powerful souls were trapped in the form of cats, their true selves locked away. These small parts entered the next in line, Elliel. She ruled magnificently, more brutal than any other that had come before her, harboring within her the grudge of the two souls, but still wise. She stole children from their cradles, making them her loyal followers. By far, her most loyal one was Sansa- someone who was cold and educational at the same time.
It was only when Rena was born that Elliel realized her purpose. She sealed Akito within Rena, wanting to weaponize and free the Hikari of their inevitable slavery to keeping Akito within the clan walls. Elliel was drawn to the Yoru, being a descendant of them herself. She met Natori, the then-leader of the Yoru and fell in love with him. Natori and Elliel paired together, copulating to create Rena- it was a few years after she was born that Natori laid eyes on her that he realized what a monstrosity she was. She wasn't just a child; she could hold more than two Kekkai Genkai. It was nearly unheard of at the time... but still, the man took the Kekkai Genkai she had been born with, her wings, but Akito lost control then and there and slaughtered the man in front of Rena's older brother, Kotori. Kotori took Rena's wings from her and consumed them, holding them within him and becoming the only Yoru in history to have two sets of wings. Elliel mourned how her child had been degraded and violated, but little did she know, the wings were hidden within Natori's other, older child, Kotori. It is then that Elliel realized that her true purpose, overall, was to make Rena perfect. She needed to find another transferable Kekkai Genkai... until it wandered into her village. Elliel was surprised that the man that would soon be the father of Madara Uchiha made his way into the village, solely on his own skill as an intruder. The man, taken by Elliel's beauty, proposed on the spot.
This is when Rena and Elliel departed from the village, Sansa in tow. They took in the sights of the Uchiha clan; this was what Elliel needed. One way or another, she would receive the eyes of one of the Uchiha, even if she had to birth them and take them out herself. She gave birth to three children, one being Madara. Madara took a liking to Rena, and although they grew up together, he questioned how she never grew. Stunted growth was one way to explain it, which worked for a while. Madara didn't question for a while after that, even taking the eyes from an Uchiha defect and offering them to his half-sister. It was then that Rena Hikari gained the Kekkai Genkai of the Uchiha Clan.
Unfortunately there came a time where Madara wanted to find out the truth for himself. When he did... he was disgusted by his sister. It was then that Madara decided he would have the Hikari clan finished off.
In truth, the Hikari were wiped out by a second-party clan, one hired by the Uchiha so that they wouldn't be connected to the genocide. It was a clan from the Village Hidden in the Stones. It was said that these shinobi did not possess any chakra, but to be seen by them is to die. This claim is completely true, as the clan hired to kill the Hikari was one that vehemently hated them after the Hikari purged them in fear of their strength. Members of this clan do not have chakra, can not do jutsu and have a low life expectancy. The reason for this is their 'Eyes of Death'. The clan's Kekkai Genkai was an atrocity, as their ability to kill by looking at someone made them nefarious. They are thought to have died out after the Hikari died... but the Kekkai Genkai itself traded any ability and the life force of the user in exchange for eyes that held the will of the grim reaper.
Everyone died, including [allegedly] Elliel herself by Madara's hand, save for a few defects... Sansa escaped with Rena by horseback through burning fields of wheat. Madara gave chase for many years, until one day, he was finally able to find Rena. He struck the killing blow, leaving, having finally succeeded at his quest 49ME. Sansa returned to Rena's failing life source and preformed a forbidden technique, giving Rena a second chance at life... but at the expense of her current mental state. The girl would be reborn and have a second chance at childhood... Sansa directly betrayed Elliel and entered the Hidden Sand, 50ME, nine months pregnant. She gained citizenship, although she knew that Madara had died, there was more ancient dangers after them. This begins our current story.
Minami is currently missing, but Akito is sealed within Rena.

The Hikari have a unique attribute to them. Very few have different colored blood that deviates from purple, but the ones that do have their hair the color of their blood. Their hair is a storage for blood, and like Yoru, it's meant to be white. It's more common for them to have purple hair, though, as their blood is normally poisonous.

Parent(s): Rena Hikari currently does not know the whereabouts of her mother, or if she's even alive. Rena also killed her father without understanding how.
Sibling(s): Kotori villainized Rena and banished her from the Village Hidden in the Light. Her second sibling, Hokisueki, was sent away to die by her mother's hand, being a defect. He was weak and born slightly deformed as it was a time of war and he would be one nonworking mouth too much to feed. Madara, her third brother, well... killed her, pretty much. Not good relationship there. Tanoshi, her fourth brother, was a warrior of the Uchiha, but hidden amongst a common family in the case that something happened to the others in line. His current location is unknown.

Symbol: The Haruno clan symbol is a white circle.
History: Yūko was born a few hours after Naruto was. Her parents, in order to save Konoha, sealed the Kyūbi chakra inside both her and her older brother Naruto, her the Yin half and Naruto the Yang half. She was born with red hair and blue eyes, whiskers too but no one sees it because she covers it with paint the same color as her skin. TheSandaime Hokage realized no one but her parents and himself knew of Yūko's existence, she was given to Sakura Haruno's parents where she was raised, believing her current family were her own, she had no clue about her true birth. Yūko and Sakura didn't get along all the time but when push came to shove, she would protect her sister no matter what.

Jutsus/Techniques:
Kekkei Genkai: Mind Reading. Yūko can read minds. Yūko has learned how to control her ability and either use it to her advantage, or to help her understand how others are feeling. Kekkei Genkai: Ice Release. It allows the user to freely create and manipulate ice by simultaneously combining wind and water-based chakra. When the user releases their chakra, the surrounding vicinity becomes cold enough to cause snow to fall. (I know only Haku had it in the anime but I like it so I'm giving it to Yūko.)

this is perfect but i am curious what if the Oc has two Clan bloodlines in him/her would that count?

I have a similar situation with my OC as well - what I did was balance the two out by making her weak in one of them and exceptional in the other. Then in Shippuden, I'm planning to make her a bit more proficient in it, but nowhere near as skilled in the stronger one she's most comfortable using.
You've got to balance the character's skills and talents to their weaknesses and downfalls. Let's say they're externally arrogant; however, their abilities are unable to completely back it up - hence an ice cold attitude to protect themselves while they practice when they can to make it true. ^^
