once you get the hang of it it's easy!! it's just leaning the way to work with the water that takes time ^^

just saturate the paper with water (assuming you've got watercolor paper that can handle it)- and dab on plenty of whatever colors you want it to be, it should spread out and settle into nebula-like patterns and then you just dot in the stars c:
