The toning and low contrast of this piece help add to the vastness of the vista that you have excellently captured; it makes it seem as though the grasses and the hills go on forever. It feels like something out of a fantasy story of some sort due to the toning, too; the hyper-reality that is usually present in those stories is also around in this piece, to me at least. Great stuff.

Ah, you're most welcome. If I am going to comment I try to at least make a decent job of what I am saying, although more often than not I still fall into the "wow, that's good!" trap, heh. :)

Hah, I'm fairly sure that if the site was full of people like me then nobody would get anything done, ever. I am to motivation what a large iceberg was to the Titanic. :D
Really, though, I appreciate your words a lot. You're right, too: communication is the major point of creating artworks, and when there's no other communications as a result of this then all is pretty-much lost. Heh.
