Description Yep, made an octoling oc. The whole octoling armor is only temporary until I figure our his gear and weapon.
Basically, he is a rebel and quit the elite octarian force. Barely getting away with his life, he stumbled upon Inkopolis and Umi.
Umi actually befriended her, and Kai may or may not have a crush on her.

He'll be getting a ref soon.
