Commission to go along with customer order #9, this is a close-up of the eyes. Top picture is the eyes without LEDs on, middle shot is LEDs on in the daytime, and bottom shot is LEDs on in the dark.Eyes also have apoxie eyelids on them, and come ready to install.
These are hand cast hand painted resin. We are currently putting together a chamber to get rid of the small microbubbles in resin. *shake fist*

This is just a quick question:
Do you install the LEDs into the resin before or after it sets? And are there any good tutorials online for making these LED resin eyes?

You can possibly find tutorials on the fursuit livejournal. (: And it really depends on the eyes as to if we install them before or after.

And do you match up the LED color with the eye color you are making or do you always use white?

Oh, Okay. The reason I asked is because I would like to make LED rigged resin eyes for an upcomming costume I'm making and I have NO EXPERIENCE WITH LED LIGHTS WHATSOEVER..... which can prove as a problem so I'm doing research beforehand (:
