Before you guys Comment, Yes he is based on a familiar character. No they are not related. Although instead of Polka Dots [That could lead to lawsuits up the ass] I've decided to add the hearts with Chinese Characters and made his Puffy hair Purple for Obvious reasons. He is Zakarushi Liryu the best friend of Mockingbird D. Bloodsworth. His fighting Style is Wing Chun more towards Ip Man then his opponent. His human form I've drawn before it was the guy with a similar view but not Yellow heart and etc. That spikey horn is his third Horn and not a Party Hat. Geez, This is one of my OCs that will be Animated and will be announced. The rest is Confidential. He's the second Tallest and the Oldest of the Group. I might work on Yakim Later this week! Please Stay Tuned! he doesn't have wings but like Mockingbird they both can Levitate like an average superhero does. He has Water and Wind as his source of powerful Element!
