This really looks like an honest picture because it looks raw. Especially the eyes. But that is what the title said to XD

I've tried a few herbal teas, and they all taste awful.

well, it helps me sleep (and I have mild insomnia - so I'll try anything natural and non-prescription to help me sleep). And it's not TOO awful (I've had worse teas). I add cinnamon to the camomile and it tastes a tad better
And I agree... hipster kids go crazy over herbal teas these days... and I just don't see the appeal. It's like coffee... I LOATHE coffee

I can see the appeal in coffee, but the after-taste is just way too bad for me to be able to enjoy it; although I like the smell.
And yeah I see why you'd want to avoid using pharmaceuticals if it's only minor, most sleeping tablet things are pretty strong.

This picture is perfect.
She's beyond adorable and it has a feel of being normal to me, I dunno. Honesty is the best title I could have thought of for the shot, that's what it feels like.
