Maleficent, hands down. Evil Lyn isn't even the strongest magic user in her clique, let alone on the whole planet. Maleficent is practically evil incarnate.

Awesomeness I love it, it's pretty hard to say who would win as they both incredibly. Now if it was Shadow Weaver taking on Maleficent then there would be no question. Keep up the excellent work

She might be plotting to, but she hasn't succeeded yet. She also relies heavily on her father's stone for her magic, and other magic-users like Shadow Weaver outclass her by quite a bit.
