Personality:
Friendly: Everyone is this guys friend. They just don't know it yet. Tal loves meeting new people and is just and overall friendly guy. He doesn't really believe in violence and tries talking out problems instead. But don't think if you hit him he won't hit back.
Outgoing: This guy is always doing something to keep himself busy from taking care of the animals in the rehabilitation center, to riding his bike, to taking long swims in the water or runs on the beach.
Loyal: If you want anyone on your side it's him. He's got your back until the end and even if it costs him his life. His loyalty never waivers unless he realizes hes been duped or tricked and then you better prepare for hell to be raised.
Protective: Going along with being loyal hes also extremely protective of those he considers close. He will end a fight before it even starts if he can help it. He doesn't need some weapon or tricks to get ahead of the game.
Compulsive: If there's something he wants to do theres little anything thats going to stop him, even if its a bad idea. He does what he wants and does it with a huge smile on his face and is willing to face any consequences of his actions.

History: Tallis used to live farther up north, near the arctic circle, with his parents and siblings. He was only about seven when he was first learning to swim around in the frigid waters with his father and older sibling. Unbeknownst to them some hunters had made their way to their icy territory where his mother and younger sister were caught off guard in their selkie forms. Both were killed and harvested before the rest of the family returned. Though he never saw the actual scene he knew it must've been gory and brutal as his father and older brother never seemed to really be the same. After the incident his father relocated them to the city they currently live in. The family opened up a rehabilitation center for sea creatures where they care for all kinds of sea animals that have been injured due to humans going into their territory.
Though his father has a bit of a small hatred for humans and hunters, Tallis does not. He doesn't blame the actions of a few individuals on a population whole. But he is careful when bringing humans around his father in case bad memories come up. The young selkie grew up and helped his father out even during his emotional breakdowns. Tallis lives close to the beach and within walking distance of the center.

Extra information:
- Usually has this or at least the bottoms under his outfit.
- Carries his selkie fur in his satchel that he guards fiercely
- Loves all seafood and its about all he eats
- Wears shorts even in the winter. He loves the cold
- Locket is also in his satchel and he looks at it from time to time to remember how his mother and sister lok
- Names all the animals that come into the center after transformers. Theres a leatherback sea turtle (Optimus Prime) and Hammerhead shark (Megatron) that are permanent residents of the center.
- Will go swimming in the tanks with the animals and swims along side them to treat them so they're not too stressed out from being pulled out of the water
- Always ready to go swimming
- Swims with a certain pod of dolphins whenever they're around the area
- Terrified of snakes
