Description NOTE:
This one not only includes songs but also soundtracks and scores from various horror movies as well as songs I listen to on my Evil themed playlist,   all of which are ones I listen to when I want to get into a dark mood or get inspired to write my monster related horror stories or create monsters in general.

- Hammer Horror by Kate Bush.
- Halloween theme.
-  Come To Me by Brad Fiedel..both versions.
- In The Hall Of The Mountain King
- Dead Man's Party by Oingo Boingo.
- In The Dark Of The Night.
- Beetlejuice cartoon theme.
- Once Bitten title theme.
- Toxic Love by Tim Curry (from the Ferngully soundtrack).
- The Rocky Picture Show soundtrack.
- Imperial March..both the regular version and the metal one.
-  One Winged Angel
- Pet Semetary by The Ramones.
- Brains by Voltaire.
- The Little Shop Of Horrors 1986 soundtrack.
- Killer Klowns From Outer Space by The Dickies.
- Devil In Disguise by Elvis Presley.
- Ghost Riders In The Sky by Johnny Cash,  the Blues Brothers 2000 version isn't too shabby either (in fact it's one of the highlights of that otherwise terrible sequel nobody asked for).
- Devil Within by Digital Daggers.
- Love Bites by Grace Jones.
- Gremlins theme.
-  The Munsters theme.
- Any Disney Villain song.
-  The Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack.
- The score for Sleepy Hollow (1999).
- Haunted by Charlotte Martin.
- Grim Grinning Ghosts.  I used to be terrified of this song and the Haunted Mansion in general (mainly due to the Snopes.com having an article about how someone died of a heart-attack on the ride and also because of one site that showed how they do the effects on the ride such as the aging Master Gracey portrait) but now I find it to be insanely memorable and enjoyable.
-  Any of the songs sung by Alice Cooper,  especially the ones from his 'Nightmare' albums.  Welcome To My Nightmare,  Devil's Food, Steven,  Years Ago,  and Black Widow in particular.   Devil's Food as a part with Vincent Price at the end as well which leads into the song Black Widow.   The chorus of 'loove him,  yes we love him' is definitely one of the best parts.  I also have put in Wind Up Toy because it's creepy and demented but also tragic,   and Along Came A Spider carries on this tradition.
- Enter Sandman by Metallica.  An excellent haunting rock song focused on nightmares.
- Return Of The Phantom Stranger and also Dragula,  both by Rob Zombie.
- Ghost by Michael Jackson.
-  Thriller. The second Michael Jackson song and the first of the horror themed ones.
- Lullaby by The Cure.
-  Twilight Zone by Golden Earring.
-  Nature Trail To Hell by Weird Al Yankovic.  How is this one not a real movie yet?  Somebody should up a kickstarter to make Nature Trail To Hell a real movie.
-  Night On Bald Mountain.
- Nightmare On Elm Street theme.
- Nightmare On My Street.
-  Toccatta in D Minor.
- The themes to Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.
- Goosebumps theme.
- Twilight Zone theme.
-  Are You Afraid Of The Dark theme.
- Wolf Moon by Type O Negative.
- The Undertaker's entrance theme (WWE).
-  Kane's entrance theme (WWE)
-  Gangrel's entrance theme (WWE)
- Golddust's entrance theme (WWE).
- Love Song For A Vampire by Annie Lennox.
- The score for Bram Stoker's Dracula.
- Transylvania 6-5000.  The title song from the comedy starring Jeff Goldblum and Ed Begley Jr.
- Slime Creatures From Outer Space. The second Weird Al song with a horror/comedy theme to it.
- Psycho Killer and its parody song Psycho Chicken.
-  All of the tracks on the Evil Dead II and Army of Darkness soundtrack.
- Once Bitten by 3-Speed.
- Fright Night by J.Geils Band.
- Cat People (Putting Out Fires) by David Bowie.
- Scary Monsters and Super Creeps by David Bowie.
- They're Coming To Take Me Away.
- Vampire by People In Planes.
-  People Are Strange by Echo and The Bunnymen.
- The themes to Edward Scissorhands,  Beetlejuice and Psycho.
- The themes to Child's Play,  Jaws and Poultergeist.
- The Phantom Of The Opera soundtrack. In particular the overture and title song.
- Is It Scary by Michael Jackson.
- Threatened by  Michael Jackson.  The reason i'm using the Maestro from Ghosts to represent it on the meme is because there is no music video for this song,  however this song was included as part of the horror segment of This Is It and the Immortal album combined with Is It Scary,  Ghosts and Thriller (including the full version of the Vincent Price rap).
- Monster Mash.
- Don't Fear The Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult. Made even more famous thanks to SNL and Christopher Walken.  Gotta have more cowbell, baby!
- The Worms Crawl In.   I admit that I was really terrified of this song because it is basically about the decomposition process even though it is sometimes called a 'children's song'.   But now I realize how morbid and twisted it truly is and how much fun it is to listen to with the way it has a really funky 80's vibe to it.
-  I Eat Cannibals and Dracula's Tango.
- Halloween by Aqua.  It's basically a song that is also a slasher movie,  it even has the Jason Voorhees 'ki-ki-ki-ma-ma-ma' sound at the beginning.
- Things That Go Bump In The Night by Allstars.
- Full Moon.  This one is basically a werecreature themed song sung by the mistress of the dark herself - Elvira,  and it's really good.
- Here Comes The Bride of Frankenstein.  The second song on here that is sung by Elvira.
- When You're Evil by Voltaire.
-  I'm Your Boogie Man.  For all those perverts who think this song is about sex,  it isn't.  I honestly am sick of those people who think that every single song in the world is either to do with sex or drugs,  this is just a fun, groovy song that can mean anything you want it to be, even be about a real boogieman or the boogieman himself.
-  Monster Rap.  The third Elvira song on here.
-  Please Mr Gravedigger by David Bowie.
- Sympathy For The Devil.
- Devil Went Down To Georgia.
-  Hellraiser by Ozzy Osborne.
- Bat Out Of Hell by Meatloaf.
-  Vampire by Blue System.
- Werewolves of London.  Fun fact: This is one of the only songs not to be in An American Werewolf In London,  the reason behind this is that Landis chose songs that are to do with the moon or have moon in the title and even though this song is werewolf themed and is about werewolves,  there is no mention of the moon and it doesn't have moon in the title either.
- I'll Put A Spell On You.   I'm kind of ashamed to admit this,  but I always cry a little when I hear Sarah Sanderson singing 'Come Little Children' at the end of the Hocus Pocus version of this song.  I don't know,  it just makes me cry but in a good way -  and I was indeed moved by the fan-video someone did using a cover of Come Little Children and Princess Luna from MLP: Friendship Is Magic.
- Any and all Evanescence songs...in particular Haunted among others.
-  Iron Man by Black Sabbath.  'I...AM IRON MAN.'
-  Back At The Moon by Ozzy Osborne.
-  The Raven by Alan Parsons Project.
- Ghostbusters.
- Any and all Lordi songs.
- Hearse With A Curse by Mr Gasser and the Weirdos.
- Nosferatu by Blue Oyster Cult.
- Witch Queen Of New Orleans by Redbone.
- Witchy Woman by The Eagles.
-  Hotel California by The Eagles. I just had to add this one on here because there are just so many theories that people have made up about the song and what the meaning of it is but nobody knows for certain,  it's a mystery.  This one definitely has the feeling of a horror story because of the titular hotel and how it could heaven or it could be hell,  and the voices coming down the corridor definitely could be ghosts or some kind of other beings that haunt the hotel, or they could be people that were previously human but being stuck in the hotel has caused them to become monsters.  And the ending part...'you can check out anytime you like,  but you can never leave'.

Have you listened to Avatar?  In particular, their songs "Bloody Angel" and "Smells Like A Freak Show" would fit the bill!
