some things that sometimes help me when i dissociate,,
taking rlly hot or cold showers
going outside at night
drawing on yourself
holding ur breath as long as u can n then breathing bc ur like WOW DAMN ? guess u need air
listen to emotionally evoking music,, mostly listening to angry stuff helps me
but yeah i hope youre doin ok its really tough,, ilu man
