You edit other people's drawings without permission. If they see your works, maybe they will warn you. This is against privacy policy and rules.
In deviantART rules, they may allow you to edit screenshots (from other anime/manga) rather than editing artists' drawings.

In my opinion, people should not edit artists' artworks. As well as you should not post their drawings in deviantART and other sites/forums/facebook/etc.
It's best way you can ask aritsts with permission before they let you post or not. ^^
