I really like the model style of the character, I couldn't model a biped to save my life!  I also love how you turned a 3D render into a more cartoon style.  Modeled in Zbrush, rigged and posed in 3ds max, and post in photoshop?

Yeah of course, i remember what i did at the time, but i'm not very aware about nowadays techniques.
I used 3DS4 and the very beginning of 3DS max, it was 14 years ago now (ouch!).

I start to with 3ds4 (before he was "studio max" )

To my opinion (because you draw very well ) you should try Zbrush...

in maximum 2 week I can bet you'll get result!

I've already been interested by Zbrush, seing illustrator making amazing art with it, but what restrain me is the cost.
I didn't saw any Trial version on their website. But i will think about it and thank you for your help offer.

no , only full 3d with a special technic to give drawing effect...
can be animated... I don't like to retouch after on photoshop... ^^


only full 3d in my deviant account...
I just try to experiment in differents way my new technic.
