Well you have to think that your character is in 3D and not something flat on the sheet!! I'm sorry, with practice it kinda became instinctual, so I don't really have tips to give you... But practice makes everything better!!! ^^

Ears are drawn realistically and not in sonic style. As for nose, it's wet, so it's slightly reflecting the color of the skin. o.o
