i know what your going to saytroy why are you posting a blank image?
well its not a blank image its a paper texture
ive been adding a lot of white borders to my art lately and its been looking a bit off since the digital art inside is paper textured i think the border should be too
so here's the same treatment on a blank image
STOCK! use in any way you want for anything anywhere! i'd love to know if you use it
