Oh isn't Christmas just great for spotting clever things, I had lunch with someone special today at my favourite placeΒ theboathouserufford.co.uk/ , and Simon who makes the cakes had done himself proud with today's marshmallow snowman on chocolate brownie, alas I didn't get to taste him as there were only two left so I brought them home for my sons to munch instead, and apparently they tasted every bit as good as they looked!
