Description I'm thinking the tree, that this is a close up of, must be from the conifer family, as these seem very similar to the cones on those, but I was very taken with the silvery foliage which makes it perfect for this time of year. Taken on my Nokia 3 smartphone.Β

It might be Juniperus, Chamaecyparis or Cupressus. Most likely one of first two.
