This is super beautiful and COLORFUL! I LOVE COLORFUL!
The first thing to pull my attention is the eyes, they are so bright and lively.
I also love how you gave this character a beauty mark under the left eye, which is highly realistic!
The hair is very well shaded and so is the clothing.
