Illustration for The Gathering DarkFor an upcoming chapter in which Charles's mother invites a bunch of marriageable, young noble ladies over to harass him (and quite possibly to also harass her other son, Paul, too)
Here, poor Charles is mortified, Paul is rolling his eyes because he actually wants attention, Laurette is all disgusted because girls her age are simpering over her uncle, and simpering girls are simpering.....

Did you do a story with these characters? they are very nicely drawn and I love their characteristics. I would be interested if these noble ladies came face to face with the French Revolutionary ladies. Your character drawings of the French Revolutionary characters both nobles and revolutionaries are extraordinary. Good job and if you have not thought about it already, I think you could make a book of these characters. There would be so many story lines you could do. Plus I did notice that you do have traits to each character. I would like to know more about the noble characters in your drawings as well. Again, great job on your drawings.

thank you so much, I actually do have a story that goes with these characters that I've been developing since 2006. However, the project is now on hiatus for the time being because I'm still figuring out what I want to do with the story (basically whether I want to develop it into a webcomic or not). I suppose I'll come back to working on it sometime in the future once I have that all figured out. :3

Wow I think a web comic would be excellent. The characters are so well drawn and especially these royal ladies. I would love to read and see what happens in their lives. Again, excellent character drawing. The two aristocratic ladies on the top in the middle are very well drawn. The brunette has such a snobbish look on her face while the other one seems to be thinking if living the royal life is what she wants.
