"If you always wondered why Rainbow Dash was always the fastest athlete in all Equestria, here it's the answer:

Some time ago Rainbow Dash reached the conclusion that she was in an athletic level too high for normal workout, so in order to keep getting faster and stronger she needed to add a handicap, something to make her workout much harder and satisfying. So every weekend she will look for a partner to help her with her intensive training. After finding that person she will tell him to lay down so they can start with some abs.

"Unfortunately" for the partner, what Rainbow Dash really wants is to have him in a easy spot where she can grab his body and swallow him whole in the spot before he can do anything.

With a living person trapped in her stomach, making any kind of physical effort becomes a real challenge, but that's what she's always looking for. So with the additional size and weight she just gained she finally starts doing her daily routine: Stretching, abs, running... It may be really tiring but she really loves the sensation of pushing her body to her limits and feeling her partner's struggles distending her belly. She even stopped caring about what others say when they see her bloated figure.

Finally when the night comes, the athlete will take a long relaxing shower to clean her sweaty and full body before letting her partner out. Unlike what anyone could think, most of her "partners" are unusually calm after coming out her body. It looks like spending an entire day inside of her isn't a bad situation as anyone would think at first.

Still, Rainbow Dash feels like it's starting to get easy for her. Maybe she should try to find two partners at the same time...."
