I decided it'd be fun to go back and show my progress from back when I started seriously drawing. I used to do progress pics like this all the time but I kinda fell off as being able to draw well all the time became more or less the norm. Funny to think back at how much of an intense struggle it was to get out anything I liked. Admittedly it still is these days, but that's mostly because my standards have increased a lot. xDHope this inspires a few people to take up The Arts

My improvement in art, a sloooooooow climb from 2004-2014, then suddenly in 2014 I meet someone who puts aside everything in order to help me break through my art block and from then on I suddenly get a whole heap better.

something happened between 2008 and 2009 that made you go from ok to great. I wonder what it is!
it's always fun (or cringy sometimes lol)to look back at your old art. people shouldn't get rid of their old pictures for this reason, if you feel like you don't improve you can prove yourself wrong.

I personally like your 2007, 2011, and 2012 stage. before 2011 you were changeing the design and improving. afterwards it got really detailed which is nice when in color but i personally think that simple is best for lineart.

A splendid improvement throughout the years, Moom!
For my 'anyone can improve' entry, I really need to draw a slight redesign of my character, Rapid Velocity, in reference to my first design of him in 2003. I can't get the proportions just right as of yet, but I'll try it again.
