Outfit/Accessories: A simple purple suit with gold stars, plus it has a top hat , also with gold stars.
Other things wanted: I would like this character to have powers or be transparent (I don't know if I'm explaining myself well) and to have a serious expression.

was gonna try and make the limbs transparent slightly, but i'm not sure how to do that without making it look odd or being able to see the layers underneath and stuff.
