Guys! I did a thing! It has been sooooo long since I actually posted one of these (or anything else for that matter, lol)

This is the last installment in my Royal Families art series; I finally made it to Pluto!

Setsuna, Queen of Pluto: In the Crystal Millennium, the senshi stand by Neo-Queen Serenity for a time as her Guardians, but in time the return to their own planets to revive their respective peoples. The Queens of the outer solar system also maintain their roles for protecting our system from outside threats.

Carmenta: She is Setsuna's only child, but has not taken up the mantle of Sailor Pluto. Since the revival of the Plutonian Kingdom, there are now dual responsibilities entailed on the ruling family: that of governing the people, and maintaining the watch at the Space-Time Door.

It was decided that the Heir Apparent would fulfill the role of Planetary Regent (governing) and the Reigning Monarch would retain the mantle of Senshi so as to maintain the watch at the Gate. Carmenta will eventually replace her mother as Guardian, and her own children will then ascend the throne.

In order to prepare her for her duties, Carmenta has been trained in diplomatic, political, and economic matters since she was very young while most of her peers were living much more carefree lives. Recognizing this, and recalling her own frequent loneliness, Setsuna always did her best to find companions for Carmenta to share her time with. As a result, Carmenta does not feel as though she missed out on her childhood.
