Looks good for the beginning
The skin could use a bit more shadowing, asl well as the hair, but you will get there.
The background doesn't really fit, I think it would look better without it, but well, it is to late for me to complain about that.
Keep working with reference photos, especially for poses, I think that always helps, me too 
But you are on a good way, keep it up!
