Sailor Moon's 3rd Arc Henshin Item, the "Moon Cosmic Heart Compact" (Exterior-&-Interior of), AND her Maboroshi no Ginzuishō (幻の銀水晶, Mystical Silver Crystal), as seen in Settei from the 2014 Anime Reboot, "Sailor Moon Crystal", of the "Bishōjo Senshi Sailor Moon" Franchise.While Sailor Moon's Moon Cosmic Heart Compact's Interior is never seen in the Manga, it is probably meant to be similar to the Interior of ChibiMoon Prism Heart Compact ( moon-shadow-1985.deviantart.co… ), if not identical. In the Anime's, however, a heart-shaped crystal was shown in the middle (the 2014 Anime was just re-using the 1992 Anime's designs), but Sailor Moon's Maboroshi no Ginzuishō is supposed to be the crystal housed inside, so...

I just realized something. What if they (along with the Dream Circus arc brooches) NEVER opened in the manga? At least never opened when they transformed, that is.
