I went to a manga bazaar on Sunday with (my second time). It was fun as usual. I entered this water colour painting(with some normal colour pencils) in but didn't get a place again, maybe it was because we were kinda late like last time. ^^" But I'm pretty proud of it as I'm not quite experienced with watercolours. I looked at lots of tutorials before starting. And I like to thank the helpful ones - particularly this one for it's overlay tips--> kidura.deviantart.com/art/Wate… and Yenni-vu's tutorial-> yenni-vu.deviantart.com/art/Wa… first introducing the salt texture technique to me. I looked it up for more details and it's so cool！*O* I had to test it out first before using it for the background and had it like a card too Though the pose isn't that original P:
I also think the drawing is better IRL than than this picture here because my camera quality isn't the best. Can't get the light right!
