I'm really sorry with a reaaaally slow reply (6 months.. I should be ashamed...) . I used an old paper picture as texture, and used photoshop to apply it, can't remember where I got the texture though... but it's lots of similar ones on the web.

No I don't have SAI and have no idea if it would work. But if it works, it's probably many tutorials on the web which explains how to do it
