I don't know why, but I always thought that Ino looked the most American of Konoha, and this artwork makes me think of that as well. And I like that.

The painting is really beautiful and skillful, but I think the perspective you chose made the proportions look a little odd. But you're so close! Practice makes perfect so keep going!!! *Watched*

O...m...g... This is just gorgeous! The only thing I see wrong with this is the nose. Everything else is just mind blowing!!! Great job! How am I not watching you?!

Overall I like the piece. My only critique to your work is the nose at least to me looks slightly crooked, finger nail on the pinky finger should be full length and maybe could have drawn finger nails on the ring & pinky finger of the left hand, and lastly maybe a bit thicker volume of hair being pushed aside over the right arm. Other than that this is easily one of the best works iv'e seen of Ino. The shading,lighting,texture, as well as background are top notch.
