Context:
Dib managed to actually expose Zim but it's not exactly what he wanted so he pretty much gets haunted by Zim in his dreams. It's almost every night it's the same thing where it looks while Zim is just standing in his room with his face not visible. Every time Dib tries to touch the Spacebug it just goes dark and he wakes up.
