My Oc Quetechul

He’s had a bit of a re-design since the last time I posted him. I really like his tail now, but I might add some extra little things over time ^^

small background story

Quetechul lived in an Aztec city many years ago. The citizens worshipped him and he was quite pampered. He liked them too, since they brought him all sorts of delicious treats. But he loved his keeper the most! His keeper was a young boy who was always next to him. They played fetch for hours and Boy would always rub his belly before they went to sleep.

But one day when Quetechul woke up after a nap that feel like years, Boy wasn’t there anymore. Quetechul searched the now empty city for his friend. Maybe Boy was playing hide and seek? But where are the priests, the merchants and all the other citizens? Was everybody playing games? And why is the city in ruins now? Everything seemed normal yesterday? After hours of searching he returned to his favourite spot in the sun temple, hungry and alone, and started to wait for Boy to return.
