I drew each frame in photoshop on their own separate layers and then simply used the animation feature built into Photoshop to create the animation.

I guess. I always like doing sets, as you can see by my extensive collection of shrugponies. I figured I'd do at least the main cast, but I've done a few of the popular background characters as well.
