Description
I always liked Phione, but there's no doubt that it's completly outclassed by not only Manaphy, but several other water types too.
Heres a Mega that will make you rethink that.
I made it a bit similar to Manaphy, but not much.

-Requires Phioneite
-Mega Phione gets retyped into Water/Fairy
-Gains moves such as Hydro Pump, Recover, Refresh, Tail Glow, and Moonblast.
-Ability is Drizzle.

HP: 80
Attack: 40
Defense: 110
Special Attack:125
Special Defense 110
Speed: 115
BST: 580

The stats lowers its pretty much useless attack for slightly better defenses and much more speed and special attack. This kinda makes it a fast tank.
