Time taken: a half hour to draw it, another hour or so to do the background.Music: Vampyre, Midnight Syndicate
Materials: Graphite, Photo Impression 5
This being the first time i've ever used a computer program to do anything with a drawing of mine, it took me a longer time than it should have, with lots of coffee, and a couple of nervous breakdowns before i finally figured out how to use it. The fact that it is a primitive and crappy program contributed to the complications. And yes, i did use *larafairie's .PresentsforthePoisonHearted. as a reference, but this is an original character from my novel; the Goddess of Reincarnation and Fate, Aradia.

This looks good, and I like the text.
My only suggestion is that I think you should have made her a little bit darker to blend more yet still have an apparition's glow.
You should just use the other photo-editing program I put on there, "Picture It! 6" or whatever it was called. It has more options but it is also slighty more of a pain in the ass... just choose one and practice, the more you use it the better you will become and the more things you will be able to do whether it is a crappy program or not.
