Description I am super happy about this piece! ^____^ I'm terrible with backgrounds, but I thought I did a job good at making the night look warm and fun and summer-y!

My first contest entry for summer contest! ^__^ When I read the contest info, the first thing that came to mind upon reading "summer" was "tanabata"! ^o^

These characters are from my web manga Requiem . From left to right: Kanakizu, Mariki, Ketsu, Birei and Gakayo.

The moon was the easiest part. @_@

Copics and prisma for the ground. ^_^

Cute. I really like the character on the far right with the fan. Oh, and I love the moon! For a while I was actually studying an angle of the moon, trying to memorize where all of the craters are. This looks like the same angle. o.o I also really love the purple, green and pink kimonos. Very pretty.

Lmao, it's embarrassing, but I admit I made a wish on Tanabata this year. I regret not making one last year, since it was 7/7/7. >.>; I didn't realize that until August. I bet casinos made a fortune on that date. xD

All the details and coloring are completely amazing. This is really beautiful.
It is really colorful without overdoing it.
It is one of the most complete works I've seen. Complete with multiple characters, background and lots of details. Plus, they're all so cute
