This is Aisha's design, a random eevee I just made up =oI might update stuff on her personality if anyone wants lol and yes it's a female. XD
Started as a random doodle and ended like this. XD

Woah, that neckfur. That's crazy! XD I have to say that's the best neckfur design I've ever since. Is that green lightning or something? O: Very awesome character though!

Yeah it's thunders =o but it always looks like that and glows so they don't move on her neckfur XD and idk I think they are poisonous thunders lolz if that makes sence. XD The background is supposed to be her walking on water while thunders are hitting behind her and making the water electric.
And yeah sure I could draw him XD he's sort of eevee-ish like right? As in fox like, neckfur but a different tail? XD

He's a BygaShift, But I meant their breed part Eevee. So yes, He's like an eevee. But I plan to work on BygaShifts so they look difference but not sure how to do that.
