"Princess Serenity!

I wasn't sure how this drawing would exactly turn out. I certainly didn't intend for this to come out, but I like the end result.

Her face is not angry, just to let you know, she's determined. By throwing her crown off, she's giving up the luxury and safety that her royalty brings. She is looking up at the sky because she's determined to not look back, only forward, toward her new destiny, which is to go fight evil.

I decided to spruce up her wardrobe a bit by making her a new dress, new earrings, and allowing her to have a cape! The crown is the same with only minor changes.

I really hate my scanner right now. I tried fixing the left side of the drawing which, as you can see, is darker than the other half, but I couldn't. XD

Oh, well. Just try to ignore it, everyone.

I still haven't decided if I want to color it because I'm afraid I'll ruin it. XD But if anyone else wants to color it, be my guest. Just give credit where it is due if you upload it to your gallery. I would love to see how this would look like in color.
