Description
This is my entry forSailor Mars (Rei) as Princess Jasmine. I used several references for the pose and the clothes design. I chose Princess Jasmine because: 1. No one had chosen her and 2. She was the first one I thought of when I was looking at the other entries.
As for the background....don't know why I did an outdoors, grassy one.
Maybe because of the bird? Er...baby crow?Hope you like it.

I to use gimp and a mouse so what have you found to be useful in gimp and what helpful tips can you give?

Well, I'm still a beginner myself. Only time and tinkering can help you really learn how to use gimp, and a couple of tutorials, of course.
I suggest that you look up some gimp websites. I'm sure they will teach you how to use certain tools and how to do stuff.
Some of these might help you, but really, the best way to learn is to try things out for yourself.
