Overall this picture is great.
She's very attractive and also seem to be self-confident and intelligent.
I like characters designed like that and have an preference for heroines rather than heroes.
The only thing I react over is her stance.
Notice that her other foot is very unnatural.
Try to stand like that and you'll see what I mean.
