Okay, illustrator's note: I was watching an episode from "Disney's House of Mouse" and in the episode "Max's Embarrassing Date" I found out that lumIERE HAS A FAMILY?
wHAT-
Okay so from what I saw, has 5 siblings, a mother, and a grandmother. No father. To not make things extreamly tragic, I made this headcanon that maybe his dad was the type of person who would just bang and bail. That could explian Lumiere's lack of commitment and habit of courting women (and cogsworth-//shot)

so i decided to only draw the siblings!

also, i like to think lumiere's surname is "dupont" because disney never really told us what his surname really is (like they did with beaatrice potts and henry cogsworth-)

Laverine DuPont - Born 1717
Just two years younger than her eldest brother, Lumiere, Laverine is very optimistic and loves to make everything appear as presentable. It's quite easy to make her laugh and she always tries to focus on the positive in everything. She can be a bit naive at times, as well as being rather stubborn, but she enjoys life and deeply cares for those who surround her none the less.

Luma DuPont - Born 1738
Her personality shines brighter than her orange, curly hair. She loves dance, music, and fashion. She acts as the leader of the DuPont quadruplets, and tends to boss them around quite a lot. She means well, however, always wanting to protect her sisters.

Luna DuPont - Born 1738
Her dark hair blends in with the night, solem and quiet as the tranquil stream of a beautiful lake. Being the polar oppisite of her sister Luma, she finds herself in her shadow just wishing she could be acknowledged the same way. She enjoys reading, art, and history (she's often precieved as Cogsworth's personal favorite considering she's the only person in the whole castle who listens to him speak endlessly about the different artistic time periods and baroque.)

Luba DuPont - Born 1738
"I didn't do it!" Classic Luba, always blaiming every broken vase on her sisters. Luba is easily distracted and clumsy, although it's never on purpose. When one of the staff members find out it was her who caused the plates to shatter, she quickly apologizes, even though she denies ever doing such thing at first. Her heart is filled with love and wonder, and she's extreamly kind. Although i'd be nice if she could control herself a bit more.

Luca DuPont - Born 1738
An active, energetic and mischevious little girl. She's a rebel alright. Luca spends most of her time playing outside, climbing trees, and swimming in the pond emilating the baby ducks that paddle freely in the royal waters. Everytime she comes back into the castle, she's covered from head to toe in mud. The poor maids have to bathe her atleast three times a day. She's adventorus, always wanting to discover the world around her. Very sutable playmate for Chip indeed!
