There are all kinds of craft stores online that sell wire, I use 26 gauge for the wrapping and 20g or 22g for the inside circle. But I don't know if they ship to you. But I'm sure if you look around you will find one.

Yes, I can ship to Romania. It takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery typically, but I haven't shipped there before. So I will have to double check.
