What shoes do you wear? I wear capezio contempora with a high vamp and the with is B.

my first shoes were capezio, i was too stupid to know much else
The ones there are chacott veronese IIs, i'm pretty sure that they're narrow also
i really want a pair of grishko vaganovas though

Grishkos are really pretty, but I still have a thing for capezio Arials. I have a narrow foot all the way, so I'm not sure it they will fit that well. I also want to try those 3/4 shank shoes. I just cut off or break my shank at that point in my shoes. Makes them bend where I need them to.

Take care, and go slow on your feet. I mostly focus on demi pointe barre work. It really builds up my controll, and streaches me out. Good luck with your ankles. I'm sure you'll be just fine
