Working on this as a request for I know I can do better and I totally will. But I started things out of order and now its suddenly become hard to draw this picture. Normally I would draw the ENTIRE figure/body out then i would work on the other details like, hair, clothes, and an added on bust size. Unfortunately for this one I drew the head, shoulders, and then the over-sized boobs. And now I can't draw the skirt right at all. But like I said, I am going to finish this properly and dammit, it will look AWESOME!!
