Description
So... This is part of my art trade with The girl here is her OC, Wella
I'm not entirely sure what kind of being she is... but she seems to be some sort of water spirit/ghost that got a lot of skulls = v = (Though I only draw 1 here... since she is a chibi...)
Her eyes are also white... so I'm not sure if I approach this correctly... (I used a very light blue for her eyes = v =" )
Anyhow, I hope you like it~ (constructive feedback and critique are always welcome)

I really like this cute drawing! One thing I noticed immediately is how well the character and the environment interact. The way the girl's hair moves fluidly (especially the strand on the right that goes up) indicates that the scene is underwater. The color of the girl's eyes also match with the bubbles and in general the background color. The way the girl is laying on the top of the skull also looks very natural. I also noticed that you colored the seaweeds in slightly different colors: they are darker in the foreground and lighter in the background. This helps to create depth in the drawing. It's interesting that one seaweed is coming out of the skull's eye. This makes the skull feel abandoned or that it has been there for a long time for the plant to grow 
This is a great drawing, and I hope my comments are somewhat helpful!

It looks good. When you do this "art trade" (or what's it called?), I see how carefully you draw each line. I have a feeling that you are trying for others more than for yourself (I'm not sure what I translated correctly)
