Astonishing and amazing! I wonder, if it could be a goddess, that sails down the river of time, whirling the quite water, to bring it, into motion. Or maybe our galaxy is nothing more, than a river, sea or ocean, sometimes quiet snd calm, yet also whirled and chaotic. And like we see different living things and miracles down in ours, maybe other beings do the same while watching us.^^

The fish galaxy has that sense of mystery very similar to your "Rain" comic that I do enjoy.
It's certainly a unique image that's open to interpretations. The only thing that comes to mind
is that the girl seems to be fishing.
As far as spiritual...perhaps she's calling from one side of the world and reaching out to another side of the world.
The school of fishes may represent a body of persons seeking beyond the world they are most familiar with.
