Description
This is a tale I'm making about how indignant is the life in the city.Done in SAI, watercolor textures are overlaid, so colors aren't too flat and gets an enviroment feeling.
So few time to finish a page like these, that's a great advantage of digital painting, a watercolor takes like 1 or 2 days to finish and translate to digital, depending of complexity of the picture.
But THIS, takes like 3 or 4 hours, considering its a quick technique.

I really like this. The theme of the picture, along with the style. They feel like the mesh together, yet conflict as much as the character feels about things. It's really good.
And this is why I don't live in a city. I'm more of a country/urban person. I don't mind neighbors, but I wouldn't be able to stand the constant noise. As it is, I live in what my area calls a city, and sometimes it can still get loud, but everything normally closes up and quiets down for bed time. Thankfully.

I'm in the same situation this year. But not everybody can just take their pertenences and change home so easily. What its suposed to be the source of jobs and civilizations advances, are really the most unhealthy war field.
Hope there's a way to change this.

I had to move from a small town to a larger town/"city". If I could choose, I'd move back to that small town. But its closer to my job, and affordable.
Cities are not meant to be healthy. They are there for convenience. Whenever you have that many people crammed together, it's going to be though and unhealthy. Not to mention if it's overcrowding.

Yes, the overcrowding its one problem, also we have the air we breathe in the city, processed food, too much hours of working, insanely ways of entertainment, expensive medicine, expensive education. In the book I'll include the larger number of animals and forest we kill everyday, also how people are listened by their $categories$ and not by their ideas. Its a damn massive critique

Free is a good word. Making money off it is better... but then people like me would never see it. (Though if I had the money to spare, I probably would buy it, as I like to have physical copies of things I like.)

Muy buena técnica y excelentes tus dibujos como siempre, aunque realmente prefiero tus trabajos a mano para ser sincero.
Entonces le diste un color base a los dibujos y luego el overlay del watercolor verdad? O alteraste la textura de alguna manera?

Son pinceladas reales, escaneadas y superpuestas.
Aun prefiero tambien el acuarela, llevo mucho mas tiempo en eso.
