... no, let me start again: There is this one tree in my neighborhood. A Japanese-Maple. This tree is so beautiful, but it's growing at such an ugly location, it's just sad. Every time I pass by this tree I'm thinking "When and how should I shoot you?" There was one night I saw it's deep red leaves in the cold light of the lantern. This picture just got burned into my retina. But at that time, I didn't have my fancy camera I call now my own. And now, I was walking home tonight from a birthday party, I passed that tree in that dark night and thought "Now is the time my friend."
