I'm not quite sure about the name and the personality. v-v
He was so much fun to draw, but drawing his markings is really difficult.

Name: (not sure) Rain ?
Species: Crystal dragon
Gender: genderless, like all crystal dragons (you can use he/him pronouns)
Gem: Bloodshot Iolite
Traits: very rare: Wings
rare: forked tongue, floating crystals (can be seen on the right of the ref) (they can fall like rain and once they reach the ground, they will be teleported back aboce the head height.)
uncommon: gem placement
common: beak, common tail, common gem placement
