That's a good question, actually. The species is original and during the creation of it, I was inspired by extinct beast-lizard inostrancevia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inostran… You may see something similar to them in Samuel's muzzle shape. But inostransevias has differentiated teeth, while this original species' teeth are undifferentiated, reptile-like.
I still haven't invented the name for this species, tho. Want to make something to sound cool, but all I came up with doesn't seem to be good enough.

I usually keep a notepad with me, and when my mental voice just goes off aimlessly, there's sometimes something pretty cool sounding in that. I've come up with over a thousand different made up words from that.
